Prowess University USA is a Delaware-incorporated nonprofit university that teaches primarily online, for learners balancing study with work, business and family.

Who we are

Prowess University was founded on academic excellence, integrity, innovation and lifelong learning. It serves students who want to advance their education without putting their careers, businesses or families on hold.

Teaching happens mainly through online and distance learning. Academic policies, governance, student support and quality-assurance processes are designed around responsible higher education and good student outcomes.

With study centres and partners across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Americas and Australia, the University takes part in international knowledge exchange and supports United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: quality education for all.

An academic environment where lecturers, researchers and students work together to create and share knowledge and skills, whatever the distance, time zone, background or culture.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Prowess University USA, a modern, globally focused institution committed to accessible, flexible and affordable learning through online and distance education.

As a university designed for the modern learner, we combine flexible learning, digital technology, practical application, professional development and continuous academic support. Through our partnerships and international initiatives we widen learning opportunities and encourage the exchange of knowledge across cultures.

Board of Regents

The ten-member Board sets the University’s policies and admission standards, approves budgets, appoints the President and grants faculty tenure. It meets eight times a year, and Regents serve without pay.
